A day at at sea

Hello cool pandas!
When the weather’s hot, it’s nice to eat ice-cream (strawberry and lemon) and drink lots of soda.An even nicer thing to do is to go to the Panfu beach, with a picnic basket, blanket and a telescope! With the telescope you can look out onto the horizon and watch any ships that sail by or seagull in the air far, far away.
My favorite activity is looking for shells on the beach and other beautiful things that have been washed in from the ocean. I once found a bottle and I thought there might be a message in it. But ax said it was probably some old beer bottle thrown into the sea by a drunken sailor! ![]()
Yes, but Ella sometimes you kind find treasure that has been buried by pirates! (but that’s somethingtoo scary for you, right?)
Anyway, back to our story. When we went to the beach, the ships were easy to see with the telescope. It was also really hot and afterward Ella gobbled so much ice-cream in one hour!
(Hey, Max you ate just as much as I did!)
Have you noticed that when it’s hot, the air looks like it’s running? We were looking through the telescope out to the horizon when suddenly we saw a small dot, it was too small to see exactly what it was. Maybe it was a island? We could also see a few birds circling above and we though it might have just been a mirage, something that looks like it’s there but it’s not. But guess what? The island is really there!!!!
Of course the first thing we though was that pirates used this island to hide their secret treasure. Or perhaps it’s the place where Bollys came from before they lived in Panfu. Maybe you can visit the island?
Well, we must send explorers out there to investigate. We have to tell the Professor, if he ever appears again!
Keep your ears stiff, pandas!
Ella and Max
