Evil magic in Panfu? An interview with Kamaria
Thursday, October 2nd, 2008Hello pandas!
Kamaria is a very clever oracle and knows a lot about things we do not. That’s why we thought it would be good to hear her expert opinion about the events currently in question in Panfu. Yesterday we both went to Kamaria’s tower to bring you this exclusive interview:
Max: Kamaria, hello! Thank you for your time for this interview. We feel that you are probably the best person to speak to regarding all the strange events happening in Panfu.
Kamaria: Good day Ella and Max! It is my pleasure to be of help! Yes I have noticed that many pandas are feeling a little afraid or insecure since the pirates arrived in Panfu. I hope I can help.

Ella: Firstly, did the pirates actually bring this sarcophagus to Panfu?
Kamaria: Yes, but it was completely unintentional. I had warned them not to anchor their ship in those particular waters because I was afraid something like this would happen. Unfortunately, Captain Cod’s ship anchor dislodged something evil which found its way onto Panfu shores. I know from a secret source that the sarcophagus had been hidden under the seabed for almost 1000 years and hence no evil had come to Panfu…until now.
Max: What is the sarcophagus and where have the pirates disappeared?
Kamaria: The sarcophagus is a very old tomb from ancient Egypt and who ever was buried in it was feared even by the people in Egypt back then. That’s why it was captured and sunk in the sea. But the pirates have unintentionally, and rather foolishly, brought it to the surface again. I believe that the disappearance of Captain Cod and his crew has something to do with the sarcophagus. Their capsized vessel also appears to be related. In fact these entire events remind me of someone I once met….
Ella: Oh my goodness! This is quite serious and very scary! But you have a few magical powers, Kamaria! Can’t you do something against this evil force, what ever it is?
Kamaria: Of course, dear! I’m currently consulting my old magic books to try to find the right methods to use! So do not worry, Ella! As long as I’m in Panfu, the pandas will be safe against the evil force!
Max: Thank you, Kamaria! It is very reassuring to hear you say that. (Phew!) We will continue to keep our eyes and ears open. Panfu is still in danger and we must stick together in these turbulent times.
So pandas, be careful. Evil is lurking….
Max & Ella
