Good morning pandas!

Just me, Ella here. Max has gone to soccer practice.

But I simply had to write this blog straight away because guess who called me just now with some exciting news???

Ella: Hello, Ella speaking?… Hello? The line is a little bad, can you hear me?

Hello, Is that Ella? Hello? Ella, it’s Eva, Eva Toms. I’m calling from New York City!

Ella: Oh, wow! Hi, Eva. What a wonderful surprise to hear from you! How are you?

Eva: I’m great thanks. New York  is such a fantastic city. I’ve had a fantastic time here. My friends have been looking after me and I could almost forget all my troubles with Momo….

Ella: Have you spoken to him since you left Panfu?

Eva: No. No I haven’t. Listen, I wanted to call and apologise to you and Max for my mood last time we spoke and I made that interview with you. You see, I was under a lot of pressure with the concert going on last weekend, packing my things and the tension between Momo and I. 

Ella: No need to apologise, we understand.

Eva: Also, I wanted to let you (and all the other pandas in Panfu) know that I have been spending a lot of time thinking and experimenting with my own music. In fact, I’ve written a song which has of course been inspired by Momo and our break up. I want to demo my new song in a small concert in Panfu next weekend, perhaps.

Ella: Wow! How exciting! That’s fantastic so you’ll be coming back to Panfu?

Eva: Of course! I will catch a flight tomorrow and then spend the rest of the week preparing the gig…. I’m a little nervous. I’ve never done a solo song before…. I wonder what the other pandas will think of it… I wonder what Momo will think of it… 

Ella: I can’t wait to hear it, Eva. I’m sure it’s a beautiful song!

Eva: Well, I’ll contact you next week with the details of the small concert, ok?

Ella: I look forward to it. Safe journey and see you in Panfu soon!

Eva: Ciao!
