Panfu Cares: Stars
Hello fluffy pandas!
Have you ever tried to count the stars? Anyone who wants to will have to be really good at counting and be very patient because there are over 100 billion stars! And that’s just in our galaxy, the Milky Way! :Shock: Stars have always fascinated me, because I’m doing magic and spells – and now I will tell you about the stars and planets in the universe!
The Milky Way is a galaxy in which our solar system with planets that revolve around the sun is situated. The sun in fact is a very ordinary star, but it is close to the earth so it looks larger than the others. I have a little trick to remember the names of the planets and it is to recite a rhyme in which the first letter of each word is also the first letter of a planet. Do you want to know it?
My Very Easy Memory Jingle Seems Useful Naming Planets.
You start closest to the sun with Mercury and go on with Venus; the Earth of course and then comes Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
Nowadays, most scientists say that Pluto is much too small to be called a planet but since I have not been out there in the universe and looked at it myself, I do not know if that’s right! 
Nobody really knows everything about space yet, but I think that it is breathtaking and exciting. It’s like space is magical and magic is my specialty. 
Astronomy is the science of the universe, and astrology is a belief of clairvoyance. There is no scientific proof that astrology is true, but many believe that the stars have an effect on us, for example, under which star sign we are born. There are 12 zodiac signs; do you know which one you belong to? Here you can see which star sign you were born under and which character this is supposed to give.
Just as the universe has no end, so too are there almost endless facts I could tell you about the space and stars. If you’re a curious little panda who wants to know more, you can read more on a great website called Kids Astronomy.
By the way, did you know that our very own Submarine School is actually a space school! It’s true! Take a look again and you will see that there is a space capsule made by aliens! You can read about when Professor Bookworm discovered the capsule HERE . And you know what? Oops, I should probably not say too much, but I have heard the whisper that more people will be able to go to the Submarine School soon …
One cannot distinguish the other planets in our solar system from the other lights up there, but next time you try to count the stars you can look for some constellations. Or perhaps you’ll see our friendly aliens Nui and Trawuis flying past at night in their spaceship?! I want to go up to the volcano and take a look in the telescope now! Mother (Mars)
Just (Jupiter)
Served (Saturn)
Us (Uranus)
Nine (Neptune)
Pancakes (Pluto, Although it is not a planet you can just say My Very Eager Mother Just Served Us Noodles)
