Howdy Pandas!
Ella and I love to read your comments. 
Unfortunately we don’t have time to answer every one of them, so we decided to make you a small post about where you can find answers to your questions.
1. Help section
We have a great Help section with answers to most of your questions about:
- the game (e.g. How to report a bad Panda?)
- your Panda (e.g. How to change my password?)
- payment (e.g. Why does our payment fail?)
- connection problems (e.g. What to do if the game won’t load?)
2. Support team
If you can’t find an answer from the Help section or by asking other Pandas in the chat, we also have a super nice and clever support team who answers all your questions about in-game problems. (E.g. Why can’t I finish a quest?, Why didn’t I get a level reward?)
3. Commenting
Max and I are unfortunately no computer geniuses, 
so we can’t help you on the topics mentioned above. What we do is inform you about the latest events in Panfu, keep up the Panda’s blogroll and organise competitions. We also read and approve of your comments, and answer them sometimes, when we have time from all our other tasks and if we think the answer might help others too. 
We’d like you to follow a few rules in commenting, so you’re sure to have your comment approved.
- No begging for answers. We can’t answer everyone’s questions, sorry for that.
- No asking for freebies: Gold Memberships, chance to become a reporter or ANY special treatment. We can’t give anything for free, and it wouldn’t be fair for the others either.
- No questions about technical problems. See Help section.
- No questions about your Panda account or settings. See Help section.
- No inappropriate language, real names, personal data or anything else that’s also forbidden to talk about in the Panfu chat.
- No mean, ill and inappropriate remarks of others.
- No reports of being bullied. Unfortunately Ella and I can’t block anyone or touch their accounts, so its best you report bad behaviour always to the moderators or the support team. Please report only Pandas that have really broken the Panfu rules.
- No unargumented negativity and complaining (e.g. about not winning). Just stay positive, not everybody can win, and you could get lucky in the next contest!
- No complaints about being blocked for no reason. Ella and I can’t go to your account and unblock you. Plus we know that nobody gets blocked just for saying “hi”. If you’re sure you were really unfairly blocked, ask our support team to check your chat archive. They will see each message that you’ve said and know exactly why you were blocked.
- No lying or posing as a Panfu character. You’ll recognise the real ones always from coloured text and pictures in comments. Only trust the authentic ones!
- No commercials or links. If you send us your blog’s link or a link to a Panfu video, it’s OK, we will check it out and possibly add it to our link list, but we just won’t publish the comment.
- No spam: huge amounts of exclamation points, letters, and nonsense etc. (For example sdfeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedfdfjfjdjf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

why cant we say club penguin on panfu but on club penguin we can say panfu why cuz the modarators ar the same as the panfu and club penguin ones :}

I think on panfu we should have a place called romance street when you go there there are lots of romantic reastrunt’s and if you want to get married there is a place there were you can tipe the date your wedding is and then that day a free white dress or for the man a black suit and there is a persone like eloise who marries you. Next there is a room next to the wedding place called honey moon 4ever and if you have just bean married you can go there \and have a honey moon but you can only get in there if yo are with your wife or husbend cool right. thx soooooooo mutch plz use my idea.

I just wanted to say that some people feel board cuz the gold pandas can do really cool things but the rest cant so at times it gets boaring in panfu right now the chat rooms wold probably be full cuz non gold pandas can be buying cool cloths decorating there tree house driving cars and so on and may people have witen things like this and i was wondering if you could make clothes and furniture for non gold pandas to make panfu difrent and even moor interesting for others.

Hi panfu again!
i have some other things to ask. First, i agree with watercrystal9 about the romance street thing, that would be cool! Second, could we have another design a panda outfit contest because i have loads of cool ideas to use in it! Third, maybe we could have a shopping mall/ centre in panfu, where there is a flower shop( to give friends/ loved ones gifts!), sweet shop(same idea as last, and for your panda too!), clothes shop(s), and lots of cool decorations!!! Fourth, could we give some places like te beauty salon some proper things to use? Fifth, could we get a wider selection of ecards, i was thinking “wanna go out?”, “will you marry me”, “sorry, im blocked”, “hi, hows it going?”, etc. Last, I was wondering if we could have a park, pub where you can actually buy drinks!, bank(which can have a secret passege going to a tunnel, you cick on a part of the wall each day to get one thousand panda coins that were hidden in the wall!!! Please take these ideas into thinking

I have some things to say. First, I agree with SweetAsSugar with the design a panfu outfit or somethin’ or other.
) I mean (no offense but Jonalil’305 typed that. Third, I’m reading this like TOTALY AWSOME BOOK!!!! It is called Wellspring of Magic. Their are 6 girls. Names: Aylsa (Aly), Rachel, Marisol, Kaida, Shaylee, and Larissa (Rissa) My favs are: Shaylee, Marisol,
!!!! You gotta read it!!!! It’s about these girls who open a portal to another world thats Magic. And the only way to open the portal to get back home is to relese the Magic and to find Wellspring. Only the guardiens know where it is.

What do I do to make a blog only I can see and post some comments for everybody to see. Because I type things like “LOL, OMG, AWSOME, and TOTALY” and another question to ask… What does the red line underlining a word mean. Because it happens to me, sometimes… Well now that you think about it…. ALOT! Just for your concern,

Hi Panfu i just wanted to say about hacks and being mean to others. well recently panda’s have been rude well thank you to the panda’s that didn’t be rude. The hacks are sometimes on youtube where you watch video’s and clips you can watch hacks and if you want a money hack and you have Cheat Engine you can hack money and stuff and if you see Byb26 i would be happy to see him hes in my school and bye i hope you have a nice day on panfu!!!
