Many of you would like to know a bit more about us, so we’ve decided to answer the most frequently asked questions in one go.

About us:
Are you the founders of Panfu? Can you give us free Gold Memberships?
We’re Panfu reporters who write the blog and newsletter, arrange competitions and other fun stuff for you. We’re not the founders of Panfu and unfortunately, we can’t hand out free memberships or any other freebies!
Can we meet in Panfu? Can you be my friend?
We go to Panfu every once in a while to meet you all, but we can’t usually predict exactly when that will be. So whenever we do come online, it’s a surprise to pretty much everyone. We approve all friend requests that we get, but it takes time to do that, so there’s no need to ask separately about it, all you need to do is to be patient.
Why won’t you answer my question? Don’t you notice me?
Whenever we’re online, we have dozens of Pandas asking questions and asking to be friends, so we hope you don’t get upset if we don’t immediately see every single question. Please don’t stand in the way of our speech bubbles, so everyone can see what our answers are. Stressing out, losing patience and spamming never helped anyone, and might just get you locked from the game. So it’s best to stay positive and just ask again a while later. We all want to have fun on Panfu, after all!
If you missed something we said, just open the chat history via this red arrow at the top of your game screen:
We can’t answer technical questions. If you have a Panfu related question that doesn’t get answered, read our tips on how to get answers.
Why are you on level 99? Why do you have red text? Why do you have a star with a “P” on it in your Player Card?
All these things are automatic for us, as we are Panfu reporters. We test new levels, so we are automatically always on the highest possible one. Through our red text, you can see our answers more clearly. The star is a Panfu sheriff’s badge. These things serve to show you that we’re the original Panfu_Max and Panfu_Ella!
How did you become Panfu reporters? Can I be a reporter?
We were chosen because we’re active and kind Pandas and we love to write the news. Panfu is not hiring new reporters right now, but you could always write your own blog about Panfu.

When is the next Gold Panda Day?
We usually hear about the Gold Panda Days only one day in advance and we’ll let you know about it on the blog as soon as we hear about it.
If you keep all of this in mind for the next time we meet, we will be able to focus on having fun and doing silly things together on Panfu! We’re looking forward to meeting you.
