Today is it! Valentines Day! Ahhh, smell the romance in the air!

Guess what? Eva Toms and Momo are at the Valentines Party already! They have a surprise for each of you: A love-heart shaped balloon! Make sure you get one!

Also, have you bought the new love-furniture? Did you see Max there? I’m sure he was hanging around checking out the new sofas!

I have a very special smile on my face today and I don’t think I’ve ever been this happy!  

Want to know why?? 

Well, this morning, I was about to go shopping with my mum. I walked out the front door. Across the road from our house is a big empty field with a big old wall on it. It was really cold and I wasn’t really paying attention when suddenly something caught my eye…

I saw someone had painted something on the wall, can you believe what it said?

” I LOVE YOU ELLA, FROM MAX”

And the writing was surrounding in a heart shape! 

How cuuuuuuuuuuuute!!!

I’m a little stunned, to be honest!

Hi Pandas,

Sorry I didn’t write yesterday, I had to go to the dentist because I had toothache. Ouch! But everything’s OK now.

I don’t have so much to report today except that there is new Valentine’s furniture coming out soon.

And guess what? Last night I called Eva Toms from the Smashing Pancakes. And the good news is that she has written a new song especially for Valentine’s Day.

I’ll let you know more when I hear more about it. 

We can’t wait to hear it!

It’s bee quite some time since we have heard from Iggy and Patty, the other two members of the former band “Smashing Pancakes”. Well, we tracked them down to hear their side of the story of what’s been going on with Momo and Eva Toms and the band’s break up.

Max & Ella: How guys, how are you both?

Iggy: Yeah, well, it’s the not the best time in our lives but we’re coping.

One day we were a band making cool music and the next everything changes and we’ve split! It wasn’t even our choice! It’s been really awkward for us. We feel a bit like we’re in the way.

Max & Ella: Have you been in touch with the other two?

Patty: Yes of course! We’re all still friends but Momo has been so depressed that he doesn’t want to talk to many people and Eva has been busy with her own music. She seems pretty sad too.

Max & Ella: Do you think they will get back together?

Patty: Well, in my opinion, I think the two were made for each other! Ok, so they haven’t behaved so nicely to each other – Momo can be quite bossy and controlling and Eva can be a bit hot headed too but I know they love each other.

Iggy: I also think that the song Momo wrote for Eva will change her heart…

Max & Ella: So what will you guys do now?

Iggy: Well, we definitely want to make more music! We hope that once all this stuff with Momo and Eva is through, we’ll all get back to making great music ‘cos the “Smashing Pancakes” rock!

Max & Ella: We hope so too!

Hello pandas,

It’s incredible but it seems that Momo is trying everything to win Eva Toms back! 

We spoke with him yesterday and told us he had already finished his song and he has surrendered all his love for Eva through the lyrics. He wants to sing it front of everyone this weekend in. Isn’t that so romantic? 
In addition Momo said that we should ask Eva to come and see him perform because he does not dare to call her directly in case she rejects him.

That’s why we’ve already told Eva that this weekend she has to go to San Franpanfu. But we didn’t exactly tell her why… we hope she turns up.

So if you see her, don’t tell her anything about Momo’s song, please! If she knows that Momo will be there, she may not turn up at all.

We will tell you soon exactly where to go and when once we’ve found out from Momo.

PS: Pssst! Hey, it’s just me, Max. Ella’s gone now but I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for your wonderful suggestions as to what I could do for Ella as a best friend surprise. All your ideas were really great and creative!

But I can’t afford to buy her a pony, that’s for sure!

I just hope she will forget about this show off Carl Caruso, she talks about him ALL the time. See you, pandas friends, and remember, not a word to Ella!

Have you downloaded the lyrics to Eva Tom’s song “Forever More” yet? You can get it from the computers in the underwater school or in the town.

If you’re a gold panda, you can also download the song and listen to it anytime you want. Just click on Eva who is standing in San Franpanfu. It’s a fantastic song!

The song is very emotional and it’s sure to make Momo feel sad. You can see the meaning of it in the lyrics. It seems as if Eva is trying to tell Momo that she also needs to explore her own talents and he needs to accept that. If he doesn’t, she will have to leave. That is in fact what happened…

As we reported a few days ago, Momo is in the process of writing his “reply song” to Eva. We only hope he finishes it soon because Eva is getting sadder and sadder everyday because she thinks that Momo doesn’t want anything to do with her. But we’ve told Eva that Momo still loves her and to not make any rash decisions…. Ooooh, we hope they get back together because they belong together!

On another note, have you guys read the “Bamboo Gazette”? There’s some traveller guy called Carl Caruso, a friend of Kamaria’s who will be coming to Panfu to help us with the Basepef situation! This is great news. Until he arrives, keep throwing those water/slime bombs at the hideous Basepef statue in the middle of San Franpanfu.

So what did you think of Eva’s song which she has been playing every half hour this weekend?

Eva Toms was really nervous about playing her song but it was so beautiful. We think she has a good voice and is a very good performer. 

Did you see Momo standing there in the corner? Oooooh, we hope they get back together. We heard a rumour that he plans to write a song for Eva…..

Hello rock-pandas!

Today we have some VERY exciting news for you!

Remember the phone call that I got last weekend from a famous panda? Well, Eva Toms has sent me a text message saying that she has organised her solo concert for this weekend! It will be a performance of her new song which she has written all by herself. It is dedicated to Momo…

When we met with Momo earlier in the week…. It was not a pretty sight! He is really in a bad way! I have never seen a pop star so sad!   He was really pale, thin and had dark circles under his eyes. He has been missing Eva so much since she decided to break up with him.

It was heartbreaking to see him in such a way. We tried to comfort him but he preferred to be left alone. So we told him about Eva’s concert…. We hope he goes to see it.

Maybe if he goes the the concert and Eva sees how sad he is, they might get back together! Then the “Smashing Pancakes” will reunite!

Anyway, anything could happen so make sure you check out her concert (which will be in the Castle ballroom) this weekend.

We can’t wait to hear her song!
