Hey Pandas,

Did you have a great weekend? Wasn’t Saturday awesome with the Gold Panda Day!? Sorry we didn’t write on the weekend, we were far too busy playing in Panfu!

But now it’s Monday and back to work!

As always, there is good news from the Panfu Team! They have just announced a premiere! Do you know what a premiere is? It’s the first time of something. And the premiere is going to be this Friday!

Ok, Ella, but what is the premiere for?

Well, if you have a bit of patience, Max, I’ll tell you…. The premiere this Friday is for a Panda Level Day!

What’s that?

Well, it means exactly what it sounds like. All the panda levels will be open to ALL pandas to use and enjoy for one whole day!

So, we can do things like change our friends into chickens or an ice cube?

Yep!

Or shoot a heart firework or beam yourself from one place to another!

What’s your favourite function, Max?

Hmmmm, I guess it’s the whirlwind function! I think that’s so funny!

I guess mine is the dancing function! I love the dance outfit!

So, Ella, this Panda Level Day is only for one day?

Yes, this Friday, 6th March. ALL pandas can use ALL levels for one day. And of course, if you are a Gold Panda and have reached the top level, you can use all the functions forever!

Oh and there’s one more thing I have to report. The Pony Stables will also be open for ALL pandas this Friday. The snow is melting more and more every day…so soon the pony will be able to eat the fresh green grass!

I predict all the snow will be gone by the end of the week!

Oh yeah, and I just heard that the football game has been improved and a few new functions added! Cool!

It’s FRIDAY! Yeah! More time to spend in Panfu! And don’t forget, tomorrow is GOLD PANDA DAY!!!!

So, who’s seen the cool yellow machine on the beach? If you haven’t, then I suggest you go check it out soon!

And to add to the fun…. this Saturday, we have hidden an item of clothing somewhere in Panfu.

We have started with on article of clothing on Saturday and each day we will hide another article. By next Thursday, if you find them all you will have a whole new outfit!

Hello Egyptian-fever pandas!

Have you found any part of the hidden items around Panfu this week?

Now ALL pandas can find and collect the hidden items!

Perhaps you’ve found something and did not know what it is? Anyway, once you find all the parts you’ll be able to put it up in your tree-house because this week, the hidden items make up an ancient Egyptian obelisk!

Do you know what an obelisk is? No? Well, we’ll tell you…

Obelisk is a Greek word meaning “pointed nail”. An obelisk is a large rectangular pillar with is narrow on the top. There were lots of obelisks in ancient Egypt which were often found at the entrance of temples. The obelisk symbolized the sun god Amon Re. Sacred hieroglyphs were carved into the obelisk which praised the Gods.

So keep looking for the pieces because it will certianly look very cool in your tree-house!

Pandas beware!

Have you seen the strange sight in the jungle? There appears to be a bewitched pirate lying in distress in the jungle. No longer is this pirate the rude and brash pirate he was 2 or 3 weeks ago. He is now wrapped like a mummy and lying paralysed on the ground.

He needs your help fast! Kamaria had concocted a special potion to help him. Go see her and fetch it. It is somewhere in her chamber.

But be careful pandas, something evil is lurking in Panfu! There appears to be a magician on the loose. Could this be the evil force from the sarcophagus washed up on the beach?

Keep your eyes and ears open…

PS: From today ALL pandas can look for the hidden items in Panfu. Currently, the three parts of an Egyptian obelisk are hidden in different places on Panfu island – if you’ve found all the items it’ll look great in your tree-house.

Important Info: The Smashing Pancakes want to thank  their fans for their thoughts and messages. They were together as a band for a long time, perhaps they will stay together after seeing how upset their fans are. But don’t get your hopes up. Artists are quite temperamental pandas. What ever the dispute is amongst the band members, it’s not something that can be resolved overnight. Will we ever know the truth behind the band’s split?

Every week an item is hidden in Panfu. Most items are in three or four parts, which together make up something cool that you can either wear or show off in your tree-house. Currently, the three parts of an Egyptian obelisk are hidden in different places on Panfu island – if you’ve found all the items it’ll look great in your tree-house. Until now only Gold pandas were allowed to collect the hidden things – but now ALL pandas can join in the fun! So start looking!

New flash! There are rumors that the hit music band Smashing Pancakes have broken up. We have no accurate details yet. The management denies everything so far, but some insiders in the industry say that the band members are no longer together. We’ll keep you informed over the next few days.
